Run your institution on evidence.
EduAsiste gives every administrator one workspace that surfaces what instructors need, what students are missing, and what your learning outcomes require. It does this securely, with evidence, and without adding to anyone's workload.
The Problem
Three pressures hitting every institution at once
Whatever you're evaluating right now, you're balancing instructor workload, governance, and outcomes reporting, usually with the same headcount you had last year.
Instructor workload and adjunct turnover
Grading, drafting feedback, and pulling progress reports eat into the hours instructors have for teaching and research. Adjunct turnover between terms takes course continuity with it.
Workload, turnover, and the continuity that leaves with every departure.Vendor accountability and student-data policy
General counsel and the registrar want governance on every platform that touches student records: what is collected, who can see it, who controls it, with what audit trail. Vendors that can't answer the policy questionnaire get pulled mid-pilot.
Every institutional policy review now starts with: "Where does our student data go?"Learning-outcomes reporting for accreditation
Program review and accreditation cycles ask for evidence that students are meeting stated learning outcomes, by program, by course, by cohort. Assembling that evidence by hand does not scale past a handful of programs.
Outcomes coverage and at-risk visibility, by the week, not by the next review cycle. How it works
The cascade: administrator → instructor → student
EduAsiste is not another tool bolted onto your institution. It is one workspace per role, connected by your learning outcomes. Help flows down to instructors, and the evidence flows back up to you.
Sees the whole institution
The administrator workspace briefs your dean, department chair, or provost on what is actually happening across courses, without writing another report request.
- Program- and course-outcomes coverage by term and section
- At-risk cohorts surfaced across every course
- Instructor workload and assessment cadence
- Accreditation- and program-review-shaped reports on demand
Gets help where it counts
The instructor workspace documents the syllabus, drafts assessments with grading keys, and tracks every student's progress against your course learning outcomes, so the instructor spends time teaching instead of doing paperwork.
- Syllabus and course-outline documentation
- Assessments and assignments aligned to learning outcomes
- Drafted student-facing progress notes for instructor approval
- Real-time at-risk flags for their roster
Learns by being asked
The student workspace is strictly Socratic. It asks one question at a time and guides the student toward the answer rather than handing it over, scaffolded to the course's learning outcomes. Each session is recorded as evidence.
- Adaptive guided practice on their gaps
- Assignments and discussion sessions assigned by the instructor
- Strengths and weaknesses tracked against learning outcomes
- Activity log visible to the instructor
Outcomes
What we're building toward with our first pilots
Target ranges for our first cohort of pilot institutions. We commit to publishing pilot results at the end of the first term.
These are goals for our first pilot cohort, not measured results yet. We will publish actual pilot numbers, named and dated, as they come in.
For your role
What you ask. What we answer.
Institutions buy by consensus. Below is what each stakeholder needs from a vendor evaluation.
Board-defensible adoption
Can I defend this purchase to the board of trustees?
Yes. Every workspace is auditable, outcomes-aligned, and produces a written rationale for every recommendation. Your data never leaves your environment.
What is the outcome story I take to the board?
Hours returned to instructors, earlier at-risk detection, and outcomes-coverage transparency by program. We will sit with you to draft the board memo at the end of the first term.
Outcomes-aligned by design
Will it actually map to our program and course outcomes?
Yes. Upload your program learning outcomes, course learning outcomes, general-education competencies, or accreditor-required outcomes. Every assessment, assignment, and student note is mapped to your outcomes, not generic ones.
Can I see coverage gaps before the next program review?
Yes. Outcomes Coverage Audit reports surface outcomes that no instructor has assessed department-wide, by course, by section. You see the gap weeks earlier.
Time back, without rollout pain
Will my instructors actually use this?
Eduardo onboards in under 30 minutes per instructor. The first thing it does is take a chore off their plate, like drafting progress updates or pulling a course report. Adoption follows.
What about the at-risk students nobody flagged?
Eduardo cross-reads every course and surfaces students who are sliding before the next assignment lands. You get the list. You decide the intervention.
Built for campus IT, not against it
What does my security review need?
SOC 2 Type II report, FERPA-aligned DPA, data residency options, full audit log, SAML/OIDC SSO, and the answer to "do you train on our data?" is no.
How do I integrate with our SIS and LMS?
SAML/OIDC SSO, SIS roster sync where an API is exposed (Banner, Workday Student, PeopleSoft, Ellucian Colleague), LMS integration (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle), and CSV import otherwise. No on-prem install. A single-department pilot is live in a week.
Outcomes Alignment
Your outcomes. Your students. One graph.
Upload your outcomes. Every student's progress maps automatically.
EduAsiste's knowledge graph models Program, LearningObj, Assessment, and Student as first-class entities, connected by an ALIGNED_TO relationship. The instant an instructor uploads an assignment or a syllabus, every question and outcome is mapped to your program's outcomes rather than a generic taxonomy.
That is what makes "outcomes coverage" a real number instead of a guess. The dean sees the gap program-wide, the department chair sees it by course, and the instructor sees it by student, all from the same graph.
Evidence
Where we stand today
We will not claim outcomes we have not measured. Here is exactly where we stand and where we are headed.
EduAsiste for higher education is early. Our logic model is published: a unified workspace reduces instructor workload, surfaces at-risk students earlier, and gives clearer outcomes-coverage transparency to program administrators. We are running our first paid pilots with a small cohort of institutions now.
We commit to publishing named, dated pilot results as soon as we have them, and to labeling every claim on this page as measured, targeted, or projected. Nothing here is presented as proven until it is.
- Today. Logic model published. First pilot cohort underway.
- Target. First named, dated pilot results published within one academic year.
- Longer term. Independent or third-party evaluation, once pilot data supports it.
Security & Data Policy
Built so your CIO can say yes
Compliance posture
Your data is yours. Each institution runs in an isolated environment with a private vault for student PII, a separate knowledge graph, and a full audit log. Obfuscated knowledge projections (entity types and relationships, no names) are what graph queries see. Full PII never leaves the vault.
Your data never trains our models, ours or any third party's. No fine-tuning on customer data, no shared prompts, no anonymized training corpus.
Human oversight on every interaction. Every student session is reviewable by their instructor and administrator. Every drafted progress communication is instructor-approved before it sends.
- Full audit log of every access, query, and report
- One-click data export at any time, in standard formats (Obsidian markdown, CSV, JSON)
- Account deletion within one billing cycle, no questions
- Penetration test report and SOC 2 Type II available under NDA
Pilot Pathway
Three steps from pilot to institution-wide
The ladder most institutions climb. We meet you at any rung.
Single-department pilot
One department, one program director, up to 20 instructors. Eduardo onboarded for administrators and instructors in week one. First report on the department chair's desk by end of month one.
30 daysCollege-wide expansion
Roll to a second and third department. SIS/LMS roster sync turned on. Accreditation-shaped reporting surfaced to the dean. Instructor cohort feedback session at month two and month four.
One academic termInstitution-wide
Institution-wide adoption with role-based dashboards for provost, deans, department chairs, CIO, and instructors. Pilot results published.
